Upcoming News for Year 2008

We have been busy working on many new products and existing product improvements - that is the reason why we have been so quiet recently.

Here is what we have in mind for the New Year:
  • Updated version 1.6 of ArrowBilling is out. Its main features are fully customizable interfaces on reseller, agent, callshop and enduser levels. It will allow to create fully branded websites with your customer portal pages integrated in style of your website. Another important feature is possibility to upload Rate into existing rate table with no need to manually "switch" all accounts. For full list of features, please see version 1.6.0 release notes
  • Callback. All new ArrowBilling versions will support Callback functions. The callback will allow to trigger by ANI, Request in Webpage within customers area via HTTP or WAP, SMS (short message service) or e-mail. Two different callback engines will be supported: Cisco gateway based and DataTechLabs native ArrowSwitch based. Feel free to inquire me directly about these options even before official release which we expect in this month.
  • Crossbow Trading Platform. Anonymous Bidding and Trading platform for VoIP and TDM telephony will see several improvements this year. We will increase its performance and make some interface improvements. For more info, please see its own website: http://www.crossbowexchange.com/
  • ArrowBox Callshop solution. The all-in-one callshop box is set to official release also this month. It is small hardware box which has entire billing system built in. It is useful for callshops, where you can connect small VoIP gateway and run it completely unattended with no PC involved. It has simple operation for callshop attendant and there can be LCD screens connected with call information at each booth. For more information on ArrowBox, please see  ArrowBox page
  • Finally, we are rebuilding our support service. We would like our customers (You) to be more involved into process of creation of our products. This will allow to get features you need exactly and fix the problems much faster.
