Hosted Billing and Switch customers now can enjoy latest addition to our services porfolio: ANI Callback. With this service you will be able to provide cost-effective telephony solutions to areas where VoIP is unavailable for any reason.
Callback service is available for all customers of our Hosted Switch. Currently we offer ANI based callback. Here is how it works: - User dials into predefined number which can be in any country. Call is forwarded to our hosted platform. Once platform recognizes caller (via ANI), call is disconnected and there is no cost for caller;
- The system then dials back to the caller, and when caller picks up the phone, system will prompt for destination number;
- Once user has entered destination number, the system will dial the called party and once call established, will connect both parties;
What is required: - To be a customer of our hosted switch partition;
- To purchase DID number from any DID number vendor and forward to our platform;
