Common Issues and FAQ

Is it possible to provide Prepaid Calling Card Service using Quintum with Data Tech Labs Arrow Billing?

Yes, it is Possible. You will need to have IVR server (if it is first generation) or IVR files should be available in Quintum in respective directory (/hd/ivr). And IVR should be enabled in pstn or pbx trunk group to activate Prepaid Calling Card mode.
