New Features

Agent Accounts:

  • Agents are able to access Batch Operations area now.

Accounts:

  • Accounts can have expiration date by number of days after first use.
  • Accounts can be searched by balance now, including multiple.

Account Groups:

  • It is possible to change Company name for entire Group now.
  • It is possible to change Agent for entire Group now.

Endusers Interface:

  • It is possible to save CDRs to file now.
  • Call Summary report added.
  • It is possible to add/remove some columns and hide/display Call Summary Report in Enduser Reports.

Callshop:

  • User can login to multiple shops now and switch between shops.

System performance:

  • Billing Summary now generated from summarized tables which will improve performance of the system.
  • Traffic Log now generated from summarized tables which will improve performance of the system.
  • Improved report table saving feature – now large tables download faster and without crashes.

Security:

  • Root logins now can be restricted by IP address range.
  • System can generate daily security report and email to specified address. Included are permission modifications and bad login attempts.
  • Security can be logged to file as well.
  • All web sessions now are checked against client IP address, thus preventing access by using URL copying. Optionally it can be checked by cookies as well.

Invoices:

  • Invoices sent by email now can contain Invoice numbers in Subject.
  • Invoices can be deleted/undeleted now. Permission system for Invoices improved.

Radius server related features:

  • Added support for SNOM SIP proxy.
  • Added feature to optionally remove all calls longer that given anount of minutes- useful to handle some improperly working devices which do not detect call disconnect properly.
  • Introduced priority orders of authentication type – Ip address highest, then Username/H.323 ID, then ANI, then H.323ID+E.164.
  • Improved Radius server reload via web interface.
  • Added support to authenticate calls from Quintum Call Relay.

Database:

  • All reports now generated from slave SQL server if replication is used.

Bugfixes

Bugfixes:

  • Callshop pages now properly display in multilanguage.
  • Fixed improper display of Q.931 disconnect causes in popup windows.
  • Fixed problem where in case of Accounting Message received from child datasource system would become nonresponsive for several seconds.
  • Fixed several bugs in printable invoice.
  • Fixed bug with improper handling of Quintum-AVPair Radius attribute if there was more than one such attribute in message.
  • Fixed bug in calculation of Amount and Duration when Minute Flex feature is used.
  • Removed possibility to create duplicate Account Aliases while editing.
  • Better data checking at rate table upload.

Other changes

Other features:

  • Added start script for FreeBSD systems.
  • Improved handling of Service Provider and Reseller logo upload – now they are stored in database and can be saved as integral part of all data.
  • Improved handling of Invoice Templates upload – now they are stored in database and can be saved as integral part of all data.
  • Improved handling of Callshop Receipts upload – now they are stored in database and can be saved as integral part of all data.
  • Web session timeout now is controllable by system administrator.
  • Multiple updates in documentation.
  • Old traffic log records can be automatically purged to backup table.
  • Added Line Monitor – possibility to see active calls online (must be enabled by administrator).
