This is mainly bugfix release.

Multilingual Support:

• Multilingual support by setting users language at login page
• Portuguese translation updated

Administration Features:

• Implemented logging function for application events
• Added CLI function to regenerate PDFs by invoice number range

Radius:

• Added handling of incoming datetime in ISO timestamp format

Bugfixes

Bugfixes:

• Fixed manual invoicing - taxes and descounts are calculated properly now, destinations are summarized
• Fixed invoice PDF print at the end of manual invoicing process
• Master account calls where not included in end user call detail and summary reports
• hosted_sites table read error in billingd fixed.
• Agents could see list of master accounts not belonging to them in Add Account screen.
• Fixed acct balance update bug in radperl. Now acocunt balances are updated increasing or decreasing existing balance instead of setting new value.
