Payments

• Resellers and Agents are not allwed to Debit Accounts if Account: 1) does not have sufficient balance (at least of amount to be debited); 2) is expired;
• It is not allowed to Cancel payment if Account: 1) does not have sufficient balance (at least of amount of original payment); 2) Account is expired; 3) Account is deleted;
  

BSDRadius version

• accounting: check if rate for Terminating account exists; print an error message if it doesn't.
  
• terminal alias (H.323+E.164 authorization type) verification should be expected to work the same as in Freeradius version;
• RADIUS routing for GNU Gatekeeper: h323-redirect-number and h323-redirect-ip-address now may contain multiple numbers (addresses) separated by a semicolon (;)
  
  

Bugfixes

BSDRadius version 

• Bug with returned remaining seconds in authorization phase when Account had reseller. It was mistakenly using Reseller limit instead of smallest one;
• Destination number is  checked against minumum and Maximum number of digits according to Rate table;
• Authorization phase will reject call if Rate is not allowed for particular day of week;
• Handling of Accounting Start and Accounting Update messages
