ArrowBilling 1.7.0 Release Notes

This is the first official release of new 1.7 series of DataTechLabs ArrowBilling. This is the first version of  ArrowBilling with exclusively BSDRadius.  support.

It also incorporates major feature of preventing of prepaid accounts overrun their account balances in case of multiple simultaneous calls.

Distinguishing feature of this version series is new approach to customization of web interfaces. All levels of access are now based on open free customizable templates. With little HTML and CSS knowlledge it is possible to create own layout of the interface pages. It applies to administrator, reseller, agent, callshop and end user levels. 

There are numerous other changes in the system, ful list is given below.

 

New Features 

General

  • Fully customizable HTML based interface templates for resellers, agents, callshop and endusers;
  • Customization template for Administrator Interface;
  • Rate upload into existing rate table (overwriting) by choosing fixed activation date.
  • Speeddial support, endusers can add /delete up to 10 speeddial numbers.
  • Web and ANI based call back support.
  • Reduction of credit overrun risk for multiple simultaneous calls by reducing number of channels when account balance nears low treshold. 

Remote API (Asterisk support)

  • New functions for SIP authorization.
  • New functions for speeddial number storage and retrieval

Reports

  • Added SIP disconnect cause descriptions.
  • Account search by Serial numbers.
  • Account search by usage of their child accounts (aliases)

Accounts

  • Enable/disable account by serial number batches (not by account groups) - using the unique serial number of each account.
  • Expiry date editing for recharge vouchers.
  • Name field & email field for user accounts, search by these and show them in listing page
  • Add payments to many accounts at the same time
  • Search accounts by First Usage Date
  • Add payments to multiple accounts using serial number range.
  • Low balance warnings emailing available.

Rates and Billing

  • Rates can be uploaded into same rate table with predefined activation time.
  • Rates search box for root login.
  • Users should be able to view the rates sheet assigned to their account.
  • Recharge batches can now be moved from admin to reseller.
  • Recharge via Voucher with DTMF (Cisco only).
  • Rate upload / download format made uniform.

Resellers

  • Login link next to agents and resellers account in root - to login without entering password
  • Resellers can now enter payments with Voucher (recharge PIN) - and to prevent entering cash amounts.
