The ArrowBilling version 1.8 is singificant update from earlier versions. Please take a moment to see the main highlights of the new version: 1. The first thing you will notice is new visual look. While it has little impact on functionality, it is more comfortable to work with interface where you can choose color scheme of your choice. We have predefined 4 color schemes and will add more as we go. (or add your favorite schemes if you like):  
 
2.More dynamic interface. In some areas we have simplified data entry and manipulation process.
All work is done through these small icons:
 - lets you add new item to the table (Reseller, Carrier, Route etc)
 - lets you edit an items.
It is always necessary to use "Save" button to save any changes after "Add" or "Edit"  (looks like diskette).
To delete an item, use "Delete" icon: 
We have tested this functionality in all major web browsers. These are confirmed to work good: MS Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2 or 3, Opera9. If you are using different browser and experience any problem, please let us know.
3. The next main change is that we are dropping the concept of "Companies". We admit that it was confusing for many, and therefore now what was Companies earlier, is categorized as "Resellers" and "Carriers". Under Resellers you will find both Resellers and Agents. They are arranged in tree- like structure with only Resellers visible by default. To see Agents, please click on expand "plus"  to see Agents below.
4. The Carriers are those wholesale partners where you send traffic to or receive traffic from and do authentication by IP address.
5. Callshops. Callshops now have completely different interface. It has now dynamic overview of lines with call duration counters, amount counters which updates dynamically during call. When the call is finished, the screen displays last called destination, duration and amount of the last call. Please see the sample image below:
6. Routing. We have simplified setting up the routing. The destinations are arranged similarly as Resellers, in a tree-like structure. Click on the cross icon to expand it and see the codes.
This upgrade prepares way for more advanced features to come in upcoming versions: improved customer portal (You will be able to maintain support ticket system with your customers, as well as live chat from your website, publish Your Rate tables online, publish news etc). On the backend side we are preparing these news: Web and ANI Callback, etc... Release of these items will be communicated to you firsthand.
