Crossbow Exchange VoIP Trading and Peering Engine release 1.2.0 has major functionality changes related to the previous versions. It aims towards creation of "community" platform for Exchange operator where one can create more "user generated" content (like Route Ratings) and trust relationships (Price guarantee feature)
New features:- New Features
- Users can select/deselect individual routes they wish to purchase identifying routes by route IDs.
- Buyers can now label routes with "stars", giving their subjective rating to each individual route. Routing can be requested to honour these ratings. Other uses cannot see individual ratings, however average rating is displayed publicly.
- Sellers are requested to enter minimum price hold guarantee when setting up route. The buyers can then be sure that seller will not increase the price next day after traffic has started. Price enforcement is provided by Exchange Engine. In case of seller cancelling the route, he/she will loose any associated Star Ratings
- Online payment systems added with feature to limit daily amounts to reduce fraud possibility.
- Added new supported Routing Egine types:
- ArrowSwitch, custom made switch based on Yate Telephony Engine can route SIP-to-SIP and SIP-to-H.323 traffic. Full dynamic routing and other Crossbow features available.

Starting from January 2010 DataTechLabs ArrowBilling is available in several options:
1) Standard version (full unlimited license)
and
2) DTLite version (free download edition)
The new, DTLite version has all the features of Standard version software, and is available for free download at our Download area. It is distributed as VMware image, and therefore can be installed as "virtual" computer on top of any existing Windows or Linux server without disturbing any other applications. |
